How many times have you wished for the updates to be portable from one computer to another and not require but a few mouse clicks to install?”
If you are really into computers like I am, you are asked to format many computers. After a format of a hard drive it is important to update your computer through Microsoft’s website, however, there are so many updates that it takes hours to complete it. Now you can download AutoPatcher. With autopatcher you are downloading the updates and placing them on a CD or Flash Drive which can be run at anytime. So instead of downloading the updates hundreds of times you only need to do it once. Unfortunately Microsoft put an end to the production of it but you are still able to download the most recent version (August 2007) which in the end will still save you some time after formatting a computer.
