Author: I’m sure most have you heard by now that Google has launched Google TV which will be powered by Android. Not a bad idea I guess for Google. It most likely will not replace your cable services but it does sound like something that is worth trying. It just amazes me how Google can keep coming up with new ideas and new ways to tap into just about every market out there. Soon Google will have complete control of every technology we use. Google has gone from being a simple search engine to one of the most powerful companies on the planet. And from the looks of things they don’t seem to be slowing down, as long as the ads pay for their projects and not the consumers, Google will continue to try slip there way through every crack they find.
I won’t go into all of the details about what Google TV can do because much of it is over my head. However I have provided a few resources that should give more detailed information about how Google TV will work. Only time will tell if this will be a success or not, but the power that Google has I don’t see why they wouldn’t get a nice share of the market.
