For those who dont know “Antispyware helps protect your computer against pop-ups, slow performance, and security threats caused by spyware and other unwanted software. To keep up with the latest forms of spyware, you must keep your antispyware updated.”

Microsoft is offering a free Antispyware application called Windows Defender. A validation check is needed before you can download the software. I dont think this is the best antispyware software out there but if you dont have any at all, I must recommend Windows Defender.
