Liberty Belle, one of 14 World War II Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress bombers still flying and the most recently restored, is scheduled to take to the skies over Seattle on April 19, with public flights April 24 and 25.

Flight hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 24 and 25 at the Museum of Flight, 9404 E. Marginal Way, in Seattle. The flights take 45 minutes — including a safety briefing, scenic air tour and chance to move about the aircraft to the different combat crew positions — and cost $395 for Liberty Foundation members (membership costs $40) and $430 for non-members. See reservation information here.

People can watch flights for free from a designated area.
