Users of Microsoft’s Windows 7 are for the most part “very satisfied” with the new operating system, according to two reports from Forrester Research. And most consumers are aware of the product. Forty-three percent of Windows 7 early adopters bought an upgrade, according to Forrester, while 45 percent got it on a new computer. It was the first time that upgrade purchasing matched replacement-cycle purchasing among OS owners, the firm said.

Well as it stands right now I”m pretty happy with the product, however, I really don’t think it is as fast I thought it would be, but it is still better than what I had before. I was among the 45% who bought a new computer with windows already installed. If I had to complain about any thing it would be the fact that I can’t use the real windows classic theme, or even the xp theme. I just don’t really like the way it is laid out.

Nevertheless, it is a good product so it might be a good idea to upgrade now, it’s time to let go of windows 98 and 2000 if you are still running those. Well as always, thanks for reading.
